Welcome to our first issue of the Language Exepress!

In my opinion learning a new language is very important. It can help you in your future life because it gives an extra GCSE which can help you maybe in the job you want to do when you grow up, also you become more employable if you know more languages. In the field of work languages are key, not just different languages, but even English because communication is very important because how are you meant to work if you don’t speak the language everyone else speaks? This is one reason as to why I love studying languages, another reason is that we are increasing our knowledge of people and environment outside of where we live, for example if I wanted to learn Italian, apart from the language I would also learn facts about Italy, cities, the history of the country, how it’s developing and lastly the countries culture such as their food.

If you are deciding on going on holiday somewhere you could learn the new language or at least some of it in order to be able to speak with people. Also if you decide to go to live in a foreign country where they speak a different language it is really useful to already know some of the language.

Also I love to learn a new language because I get to know new things that I didn’t know before - new vocabulary will help me throughout my life.
