WHY I LOVE STUDYING LANGUAGES

POR QUÉ ME ENCANTA ESTUDIAR IDIOMAS

BY ELIZA BAKER, TORPOINT COMMUNITY COLLEGE, CORNWALL

MARCH 2019

Some also hate to learn new languages because of how much time it takes to learn the language. While both of these points are true, learning any language will open a wide number of doors for our future and present.

BY IMMY HEWITT

The simple answer that many of you may quickly jump to is yes. Clearly languages allow us to share ideas and communicate our feelings easily through words as opposed to body language. They also give people a chance to become accepting of others by understanding other cultures through language learning, thus strengthening identity.
