POURQUOI L’APPRENTISSAGE DES LANGUES EST IMPORTANT POUR MOI

À mon avis, je pense que l’apprentissage des langues est très important. Il y a beaucoup de raisons qui expliquent cette conviction, dont plusieurs décrites ci-dessous.
Pour commencer, l’apprentissage des langues crée beaucoup de nouvelles opportunités. Cela m’aidera à trouver un emploi, parce que mes futurs employeurs seront impressionnés par ma capacité à parler une autre langue. De plus, je pourrai travailler dans un autre pays, par exemple en France si je le souhaite puisque je peux parler Français.
Ensuite, parler une autre langue rends voyager plus facile. Quand tu visites un autre pays où tu peux parler la langue et tu te perds, tu peux demander à quelqu’un de t’aider. Maintenant, tu peux lire les indications.
Puis en apprenant une langue, j’apprends aussi une culture. J’apprends le français donc la culture française. Par exemple, je me renseigne sur la nourriture française.
Il y a beaucoup de médias qui ne sont pas traduits en anglais. En apprenant une autre langue, tu t’ouvres à de nouveaux films et livres que tu ne pouvais pas comprendre avant.
In my opinion, language learning is very important. There are many reasons which support this point of view and in this piece I will set out to explore some of them.
First and foremost, language learning creates a wealth of new opportunities. Languages will certainly aid me in my quest to find a job because my future employers are likely to be impressed with my ability to speak another language which is not my mother-tongue. What’s more, I will be able to work in another country too, for example in France if I wish to do so, since I will be a competent speaker of French by the time I finish learning.
Furthermore, it must be said that speaking another language makes travelling abroad so much easier too. When you visit another country where you speak the language and you get lost you can easily ask someone to help you. For now you can understand instructions.
Through learning another language, I also then learn more about another culture. I learn French, therefore I learn about French culture simultaneously. For example, more specifically, I have learned more about French cuisine through studying the language.
There are a lot of media transmissions which are not translated into English. Through learning another language, you open yourself up to learning about new films and books, which you were previously unable to understand. For all these reasons, I believe that language learning is vital to not only our linguistic competence, but also to our understanding of the world and culture.
